What’s a good/healthy snack to have when I’m craving salty, unhealthy snacks?

Hello Heather,
A good healthy snack of foods that contain healthy fat are; a Tbsp of peanut butter, 1oz of Cashews, or 1oz of Almonds even a medium Avocado (yummy in a salad, with low fat cottage cheese) I use cottage cheese in place of real cheese..I have tried the low fat cheeses not a fan. Even put some fresh Pineapple in it, (so good) make sure the pineapple is in its own juice don’t need the extra sugar. If you crave chocolate please eat dark. Also usually if your body is craving salty foods you may be low in your salt intake. Do you cook with a natural Sea Salt?
